terms and conditions
A security deposit of $500 is to be collected upon booking confirmation, and the booking payment is to be collected in full on the day of the event.
Any loss or damages to facilities at Space99 will be deducted from the security deposit. Else, security deposit will be refunded within 2-3 business days.
A cleaning fee of $68 will be charged for all bookings. Customers are expected to maintain a basic level of cleanliness at the event space.
Cancellations
More than 30 days from the reserved date: Eligible for a full refund;
14-29 days from reserved date: Eligible for 50% refund;
<14 days from reserved date: No refunds
Bookings are available on a first-come, first-served basis and is only confirmed upon receipt of deposit and email confirmation.
